Writers Guidelines

These are our editorial guidelines and licensing regulations for submitting articles or other information to Victorious Magazine. Please review and agree to these rules before you submit an article. Thank you for your participation. We look forward to reading your article soon!

Format/Bio:
When you send us your work, please use a subject line that says, “Article Submission” as well as the appropriate category. Articles should be no more than 1500 words, double-spaced and Times New Roman font. Please send your article via e-mail in a Microsoft Word document attachment to submissions@victoriousmagazine.com.

2009 SUBMISSIONS DEADLINES:
Victorious publishes 7 times per year and is distributed on the 9th of each published month.

Rights & Regulations
By submitting an article to Victorious Magazine, you hereby grant us permission to publish, edit it for length and content, as necessary, without monetary compensation on www.victoriousmagazine.com, or in our print publication. Should your article be utilized in any of our media, in return, we will also publish your bio containing your contact information and a link to your website (if applicable) with the intention of creating increased exposure for you.

Furthermore, you grant permission for your article to be reprinted in our various newsletters, as long as your bio and link remain completely intact. This allows for promotion of your writing, as well as, promotion for your website. By submitting your contribution, you represent that you are the author or creator of the work submitted.

We cannot guarantee that we will use all articles we are given, but we do read each and every one. If we elect to feature your work, you will be notified via the email address you provided to gain official permission prior to publication.

Please be patient. Allow 7-14 business days for the review of your submission.
